It has just turned midnight here in the UK. I think I might have just got away with day one!!!

PS Day 2 may be late as I won't be home at all tomorrow. Let's just say this challenge may be backdated at times :)

From polka dot to red leopard

Hello Readers!

After about 5 days of wearing my polka dot nails (see my Toadstool Nails post) and having mattified them to look new and different, I decided that the last way to update the nails with minimal effort would be to transform them into red leopards.

It's very simple - all you do is dot some black polish in more or less a random fashion around the original polka dots! Try totally encircling each white dot or just in little 'C' shapes around them. Simples!

Toadstool nails

Well it's safe to say I am in love with my dotting tools. I went a little dotting crazy and ended up with some kitsch-y toadstool nails. Incidentally this is what is on my nails at the moment and I love it!! They got a load of attention today at work, so I highly recommend them. If you're trying out dotting tools, just make sure there is the same amount of polish on the tool every time you make a dot. Otherwise you end up with different sized dots! Just get practicing. The results are worth it!!
